Dr. Richard Freeman is THE best physician I have ever seen. NO ONE can touch his level of compassion and kindness and he TAKES THE TIME with you! No rushing....no treating you like a number....he cares about his patients and I am forever grateful for his care and treatment.
Wouldn’t even give him 1 star. Absolutely horrible, took my toddler to see him and he walked in the room with the most horrible attitude and seemed bothered to even be in our presence. Brushes off all of our concerns (once again). Also, as I was speaking about some concerns, he walked out on me mid sentence and completely ignored me. Will never return to see this “doctor”. Never met a doctor who didn’t care about his patients and he makes it very obvious, do not recommend whatsoever.
Had an appointment with him that was of absolutely no value. I was referred to ENT for ear pain and related complications and he completely disregarded my concern for the issue. Very rough and careless examination with a rude physician and basically told me that there isn’t anything he can do for me and gave me no advice. Don’t waste your time scheduling your ENT appointment here. Waste of money and time.
What a great doctor! Explained so much. I have had sinus issues my whole life. He takes the time to explain! I have not breathed better for 30 years. He knows noses! Staff is friendly and very nice. Everyone was prompt. I highly recommend. Thank you Dr Freeman!!!
