Very unprofessional, period. Was hung up on by receptionist after an issue between their system and Medicaids. I was told to contact Medicaid to find out why one of my children’s vision was active and the other child was not. While speaking with Medicaid they assured me both children were active and there was no issues on their end, then instructed to have the provider call in with the number specified for providers.
