Felser Co. Installed 20 windows for me 20 years ago. I had seals broken in several of the windows. I contacted the company and to my suprise they replaced the windows. I doubt whether any company around would honor their windows after all that time. The service was great and so are the windows. I would highly recomend Felser Co.to anyone looking for windows.
Bought 10 windows from Felsers. 5 Years later, 2 windows fogged up and main picture window leaked causing $1500 damage. Homeowners suggested contractor. Contractor came out and said that my 3 windows were defects in windows from company. Called Felsers, and they stated that happens. I asked after 5 years and they said yes, nothing we can do. I'll let the owner know and call you. Never received phone call.
