I was seen by Dr. Schmidt in November 2023 for relentless lower back pain. I had been examined by 3 neurologists, 5 pain management specialists, and 3 neurosurgeons including Dr. Schmidt. I was instantly impressed with his insights into my condition. He was the only doctor who heard my questions, and he was very clear about the paths I could follow. Definitely the worst experience I've had with a medical office to date. I should have listened to my mother-in-law when she warned me about her experience with them previously. The convenience for them being local was completely outweighed by their seemingly deliberate lack of concern.
