If I could give zero stars I would. They had no information of mine besides my insurance of course, which we all know why. Asked me all the same questions they had me sit and fill out. Which obviously made no sense at all. Then sat me in a freezing cold room with no information to why/what was going to be done at my visit. I had called and asked multiple times and nobody Is could give me a clear honest answer to if my infusion was happening at this appointment. i have only met him twice, but I am very comfortable with him as my Doctor. In fact I was told I have cancer and he is the only one that is helping me with my issues before surgery. Also his staff is very helpful and kind. I have another IRON Infusion tomorrow. I am hoping to get to talk to him while I am there. But he is very direct and makes me feel like he can help.
