The visit was fast and pleasant!!!
I didn't see Dr. Frisch, I saw the PA. We discussed my pain levels and what I was able to do and how long I could work before I had to take a break to ease the pain. I don't have the pain in my leg anymore. It's in my lower back. We talked about me starting my chair yoga and using my inversion table. She said I could do both. I have a Telemed appointment in 3 months.
