Scam. Do not contact this "company". I wish I had read these reviews before I called them. They charged me $99 before meeting anyone in person. I was told I would receive an email confirmation for the appointment, and that a technician would show up at the job site at a certain time. I never received an email confirmation and the technician never showed up.
