Most unpleasant and unproductive doctor visit in a long time. His staff double booked the consultation appointment I waited months for. The doctor was dismissive and impatient.

Scheduled an appointment with Dr Roger's 3 weeks in advance and provided my insurance information so it could be verified if my plan covered the consult/procedure expected. All this information was provided to Lori who then the day before the appt says it's not her job to verify insurance!! Me: Well I'm sorry mam but can you direct me to the correct person so I may know what is my expected co-pay or deductible amount prior to arriving so I may be prepared?
