Dr. Gayles is a phenomenal advocate for me. I appreciate him! Unfortunately, Penny was incredibly rude and made me feel very uncomfortable. I'm not sure if it was an off day for her, but she made me feel very small and unwanted in the practice. I do not feel comfortable being around her any longer and hope to only experience the rest of the staff at my following appointments. Cat is incredible and always goes above and beyond!
