Sonia and Doctor Richard was great! Same for the front desk ladies!
I am a New Patient! From staff Stephanie quickly greeting me and signing me in, till being taken back by Macy the Medical Assistant and interviewed, to meeting with the PA Latoya till I checked out with Maria--I was treated kindly and with respect! Both the Medical Assistant and PA listened intently and wrote everything down. Every last one of Dr Gayles staff explained what the needed from me and gave a spill on what would happen next. What a great experience!
