I hope the receptionist is no indication of the doctors mentality towards people. My daughter had poison ivy in her eye, to the point it was swollen shut. Since we ain't patients there or have an appointment, she refused to help. There was an older gentleman in the lobby that offered his appointment, but the receptionist refused. I had considered trying this dr, but not now.
