I was Dr Dowdell’s patient beginning in Eyesight Associates for approximately ten plus years and adored him. However, he suggested that I have a certain procedure done and I obviously did not get it taken care of as soon as he’d liked. After calling me back, Dr Dowdell proceeds to denigrate, demean and patronize. He finally settled on, “I refuse to treat you anymore”!
