The nurse this time was argumentative over my simple comment about how great the male nurse was last time I was in. It was just conversation but she literally got my blood pressure to go up arguing with me that there was no male nurse working there since she had been there. Then another employee spoke up and said oh it was Bruno. My feedback, when you interact with patients is think first, are you righteous or effective in your encounter.
