I do not know about anyone else at this agency, but do NOT trust Mr. Garrastazu! He only cares about the paycheck! He says all the right things to make you believe he cares about you and what you are purchasing and/or selling, but once the sale is done, he will wipe his hands of you. If you have a question or an issue after the sale is complete, he will ignore you and any communication you try to have with him. Richie helped me buy my home this year and he was excellent. His property knowledge and experience is unmatched. He's been a realtor for many years and it shows. He was able to guide me on pros and cons on each house. I never felt pressured. He even assisted me with finding someone for the inspection.
