In the privacy of my studio I can evaluate estates to buy or distribute among family members. I also buy gold, diamonds, platinum, and silver.

Mr. Dolgin would do well to improve his interpersonal skills. It is little things that make or break a customers experience. Courtesy, tone, & willingness to spend a few moments, even when busy, to help a client can go a long way in forming lasting clientele. After speaking with him, perhaps new clients is of no interest to him.
RecommendedI was a bit concerned about taking some small pieces of gold jewelry to Richard Dolgin because of someone's previous post, but I must say, I was treated with great respect. I took some small pieces for him to look at and walked out with a fair price. He has some great items that I hope to purchase in the future. He and his designer were very courteous and very kind. Would definitely recommend.
Knowledgeable jeweler with unique style
Richard was great! My husband and I got our rings from him and we loved what he showed us and I couldn’t be happier. He also was accommodating and friendly whenever we dropped the rings off to be cleaned or soldered. Would recommend!
Richard is professional, kind, and makes incredible jewelry. My husband bought my engagement ring from him 17 years ago and he was so impressed with how Richard knew his stuff and wasn’t the least bit pushy.
I wanted to sell my ring. He handed it back to with disgust as if I had handed him pond scum and told me," I don't buy marquise diamonds." And then carried on to tell me has can't even give them away. Even if that may be true he could have handled it much better than he did. Won't ever set foot in there again.
Richard just replaced my diamond that I lost and I am more then impressed with how he does business. He worked hard to find me a diamond that was beautiful and affordable! He also repaired two other rings and they are georgous! Thank you, Richard. You have a client for life!

Richard Dolgin created my diamond engagement ring, matching wedding band, and the pearl/diamond necklace I wore at my wedding. For the most part, my now-husband worked with Mr. Dolgin, but in the few encounters I have had with him, he has been very helpful, honest, and kind.
