Listed our property with him for about a month. He does not respond well to calls. He had contact with a potential buyer that he could not provide me with a phone number. It has taken multiple calls to get him to reduce the price on the property which he did not do in a timely manner. He also told me how busy he was. When I list a property, I do not want to hear how my realtor is too busy to get back with me and take care of my needs. I pulled my property from him and will list it myself.
