This developer has a lot of developments in town and keeps the properties in great order with the regulations to keep the community safe.
Beautiful Subdivision!
Do NOT buy to live in North Park subdivision. The developer of the subdivision, that does not live there, drives through daily! He looks for things to irritate the home owners over. On both sides of the subdivision there are bad neighborhoods and you hear gunshots constantly. Always waiting for bullets to fly though your home.
