Poor Customer Service and full price of $275 charged even though I delivered mower to Richard for his 'onsite service'. Poor Experience as did a close family friend who had originally referred me to him. Neither of us will seek his service again. Part was finally repaired after 2-3 unsuccessful attempts and became very upset that it had to be repaired correctly with new replacement part which should have been done from the very beginning.
