Dentist gave me a filling on my front top tooth that is shorter than my other front tooth, a different color, and is concave. I asked him about the problems with it, but he said it "was fine" and didn't offer to fix it. Then, his billing office claimed to have problems billing my two policies and dumped the problem of seeking the payments on me. Sure, I signed something that says it's ultimately my responsibility.
