The staff is rude. It doesn’t make sense when you know that your patients been there since birth. I was on hold for over 7 minutes. I always scheduled my kids appointments at the same time. I told the nurse that and she told me she only has one open appointment. I will have to wait a week and I should go to an urgent care. My kids are sick and they don’t care. I will not go back. Unprofessional. She hung up on me.
I don’t understand how he doesn’t have 5 stars! literally a perfect pediatrician. It really feels like he genuinely cares and listens.
Completely unable to help during a difficult day, arrived 1 minute after their "10 minute grace period" due to heavy traffic on Lindbergh, just needed to look at a diaper rash for a quick prescription and we're turned away. A complete joke since we always end up waiting for 20+ minutes before we're seen anyways.
