Very unpleased with my recent experience with Mr. Hobbs. There was often a disconnect between him and his employees. When I would call to check on the status of my case, he would ask me to bring him up to speed on where we are and what we discussed last time. I do not like working with someone who asks me the client to bring him up to speed. His team is pleasant but are no "go getters" I felt as though I was always the one calling and checking on the status or reminding them to send something in or obtain a record. Over all ... read more

I would have given no stars if i could. i got 2 phone calls from Richard from the date of the accident until its anniversary last week. I called Mr. Hobbs on a Sunday. He was very professional and informative. I was very impressed. It was a Sunday and he made an appointment with me to see me that day! Once I met his staff they were very courteous and helpful. Mr. Hobbs and his staff always addressed my issues and concerns.
