It unfortunate, after 11 years as a loyal customer, I must find another dentist. While the support staff is amazing ( as always), Dr Du lacks compassion and is impatient and rushed. If you have any kind of dentist anxiety, I would avoid him.
My son (20months) came down with the flu this morning and has been coughing and sneezing all over me. I call to reschedule my appointment for tomorrow morning and they tell me it’ll be $50 to reschedule. What a joke. I’ll find a new dentist.
Best dentist in town! Wouldn’t go anywhere else. I always feel comfortable and welcomed.
Office full of very nice people.
