My husband and I have been clients of Dr. Renfer since he started in Concord. He is the nicest, most competent, honest person you would ever hope to have as your dentist. We can't say enough on how he cares for each of us and does not try to tell us dental care that we don't need. We are so happy to have him as our dentist!
He was very professional and I felt relaxed. When standing at the counter I did have to wait a while before someone would help me. I didn't understand why I had to wait. Althought the receptionists were working they were not helping other patients so I'm not sure why they made me stand there a minute before helping me.
Best dentist ever, no waiting, always on time. Always call to remind me of appts.
Dr. Renfer's office staff is extremely rude and disrespectful. I have only been to this office twice and will never return. During routine cleaning, Dr. Renfer made my gums bleed (this has NEVER happened to me before with any other dentist). He was very unprofessional. The office was in a bad area and felt like a garage. Don't go to Dr. Renfer!
