RED FLAG!!! WARNING!! DANGER!! This person is not professional nor is he able to manage his emotions or keep his non-medical opinions to himself. I am happy for those with a strong faith, however, personal values of the 'professional' should not be part of a medical visit unless requested by the patient. When the patient requests no further spiritual or religious discussion and the 'professional' continues, that's a problem. He has a personal agenda and that overrides anything else. He was going to "love me up and pray me ou... read more

Dr. Covey is a great doctor. He listens to your problem then addresses it. In my case he recommended a specialist. My problem is taken care of now. I thank God for Dr. Covey.

I have been seeing Dr.Covey for 4 years now. I believe he is thorough and caring. He will spend whatever time it takes to have you understand your situation and let you ask all of your questions. I really appreciate that I don't feel like a number...he treats you as a special person. His staff is always attentive, helpful and cheerful. They all make a great team.

My husband is a patient of Dr Covey's and just LOVES him. He is compassionate, logical and reasonable in a field being dictated by insurance and taken over by corporate medicine. Some learn from a book how to be a doctor and then there are those with a gift for healing like Dr Covey with a heart for his patients.

We are very pleased with Dr. Covey. Yes, it can be hard to get an appointment because of his very limited hours, but we can work with this. We like that he listens, is not "medicine" crazy, and respects preferences to try some natural methods alongside the traditional medicine approach. We also appreciate the fact that he is a believer, and knows that he, himself, is not the answer to all our problems. As for his staff -- we've found them to be delightful!

I have been his patient for 10+ years during which I have been treated for many conditions including diabetes and arthritis. He really cares about his patients.

We are a family of 6 with 4 children. We had to schedule an "establish care" appointment upon being accepted to this practice. We had to wait 3 months to get our appointments and then 4 out of the 6 were rescheduled making us wait even longer to establish care. The final straw for me is that I took my child in today for an emergency appointment. I went to the pharmacy 4 hours later to find that her medication hadn't even been called in. I think I will try my luck at urgent care from now on.

Business response:

I am so sorry to hear of your difficulties in establishing care with my office. In addition I want to personally apologize about the mishap with the prescription that day. I humbly ask for your forgiveness and hope one day you can find a way to forgive me and the mistake I made I completely understand how frustrated you must have been with me when your prescription was not there! I'm truly sorry.

A good doctor but the staff has awful communication skills. Got set up for new prescriptions and they were supposed to call me and tell me when they were sent over to the pharmacy, never did. Have had multiple times trying to reach them in regards to prescription refill approvals and they do not answer their phones or call you back to let you know they have done it. Apparently their new phone system does not even let you leave a voicemail now it just rings for a minute and hangs us. Disappointed

Business response:

I would like to personally apologize for the trouble you have had with obtaining your prescription medications. I'm also sorry to hear that our phone system was not working and would not allow you to leave a voicemail. I will check with the vendor if this is still an issue. I am sorry for the difficult interactions that you have had with our staff. I will work hard to train them to handle difficult situations more professionally.

He is a holy roller Christian who will tell you that you are ill because you are a sinner.

Business response:

I am so sorry that I made you feel that way. I apologize if I offended you. I will try very hard to be loving & gracious to you if you would please kindly consider letting me make it up to you.
