Good Communication, Fast, Clean, Organized and Great Craftsmanship. I found these guys on Angie's List on a weekend and had a new walkway installed by the end of the week (it would have been sooner, but it rain almost everyday ). I say my favorite thing about dealing with them, was the communication. I received constant updates leading up, during and upon completion of the project. I also appreciated thier suggestion and recommendations on the style and quality of the project.

We couldn’t be more pleased with the job Richard Construction did for us and our neighbor. They were the most professional and detailed of several quotes, they happened to also have the lowest price because their crew works efficiently and stays busy. Follow up and communication was great. And there was a refreshing attention to detail like relocating a subsurface drain pop up emitter to a more logical place and even raising my neighbor’s water meter cover up to grade.
