My husband and I have been going to Dr.Cho for at least 20 years.We both find him very professional and particularly understanding with some challenges I have faced through the years.The one thing we do not appreciate is the way Optum wants their patients to be treated.Patients are not here for a car wash, in and out. Optum has taken away the professionalism in exchange for a numbers game,lets see how many patients we can get in and out in a day. I had this doctor a number of years ago. He won't inform you to fast before an appointment. Then blame you for not fasting when you arrive and says I should've known. I'm not the doctor. He's incredibly rude and egotistical. He takes simple questions about medical issues, treatments, and nutrition as a threats to his authority as a doctor. Bottom of the barrel doctor.

I was a patient of Dr. Cho’s for many years, unfortunately during some of my last visits I started to find him unprofessional. I was going to go for my annual this year but thankfully when I called to schedule they said since it’s been 2 months and a year since my last appointment I will have to be seen as a new patient.
