I have been Dr. Cho’s patient for over 25 years he has always been very supportive and responsive to my health care making sure I made good decisions about my health. I am very sorry that he is leaving the practice and wish him well in his future and thankful for his care over the years. Optum is losing a wonderful doctor.
I’m going to miss this man even though he wouldn’t give me Ozempic.
My husband and I have been going to Dr.Cho for at least 20 years.We both find him very professional and particularly understanding with some challenges I have faced through the years.The one thing we do not appreciate is the way Optum wants their patients to be treated.Patients are not here for a car wash, in and out. Optum has taken away the professionalism in exchange for a numbers game,lets see how many patients we can get in and out in a day.
