2 wks ago the staff at Van CHEVY assaulted me in the finance office while 5 other men who stood around and did nothing. That manager has been removed. I initially signed a form they interpreted to me as a form authorizing them to run my credit. They put my signature using an autopen on a fake sales agreement and a fake extended warranty agreement. I am in the process of repeating my story until they make this right.

Took my 2018 Acadia to the service center for no air and they Mis Diagnosed my Vehicle charged me $369 and quoted me $4700 for items that did not need repaired. I am a woman and they took advantage of me when I took the paperwork to my husband, he was furious. I took it to two other shops and all I need was a Thermostat . Told me I needed a new condenser I just had this repaired when I hit a deer and a new Battery cable that was also repaired with a new battery last year.
Never again. I gave them a shot. We worked out a deal in which we can only give you $1000 for your trade, but we want 23% over KBB for ours. So we finally settled on a price, I think I made a reasonable request to switch my BRAND NEW, NOT EVEN 100 MILES ON THEM Firestones to the new car. (Mind you, I traded a 2015 Versa for a 2015 Versa.) Drove up from Cape Cod to purchase a new Trax and trade in my leased Trailblazer. Due to the distance, the majority of the deal was worked out over the phone saving me from driving back and forth. I originally bought a 2012 Nissan Altima from the chevy used car lot. The transmission was bad and I thought I was screwed. Now bear in mind that MOST used car dealerships won't help you out and kick you to the curb. Not Twin Falls Chevrolet Used cars! They called me and told me the transmission turned out to be bad before they sold it to me, and refunded my purchase price, plus put me in a better vehicle. THANK YOU! Also, sending out a kudos to Diego my car salesman, he is awesome!
I have had 2 issues with the Fenton location Lafontaine. The first one was the oil change on my brand new truck being done incorrectly, causing an oil leak in my drive way. A google review later, it was taken care of…. The second time around was the body shop and service department completely dropping the ball. Since the posting of review I was contacted by the service manager. UPDATE ON MY EARLIER REVIEW......I received a call from the service manager. I explained my side of the story, he listened and understood my concerns. After all was said and done he did set up an appointment for me to bring in my car and have the new radio installed. He also informed me that If I didn't want to wait they had a courtesy car that would bring me home so I wouldn't have to wait there for the 2 hrs.
