I've been to see Richard off and on for a couple of years. His skill level is there and I did have some good experiences at first. Subsequent visits he seemed pretty scattered, moody, showed lack of attention and was more concerned with socializing and telling stories (stopping what he was doing and losing his place.) The haircut quality and details suffered. He also has NO online booking system, which forces you to get into a game of phone tag with him to set up an appointment. The atmosphere in Richard's salon is professional, simple and inviting. He does an excellent job. He is able to understand hair type and texture, thus enabling him to give you the best haircut for you. A very warm and friendly person, I highly recommend him.
Richard is so talented and great fun.
