I had a wonderful experience at this dental office. I was referred to Dr. Shah by a friend who had some very difficult extractions done by him and spoke very highly of his work. Dr. Shah is extremely talented and very genuine. During my first visit, he performed a complete exam and was very detail-oriented. He took the time to clearly explain everything and patiently answered all of my questions, which made me feel very comfortable and confident in the treatment plan. The entire staff was also friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout the visit, which made a big difference. Dr. Shah is extremely talented and did a wonderful job on my bridge and extraction. I was honestly a bit nervous beforehand, but his skill, professionalism, and calm approach made the entire experience smooth and comfortable. The results turned out great. Thank you again for the outstanding service.
Taylor was amazing I have gag reflex it was horrible and the old school technique first off sucks for x rays👏 overall I was given a 9600 estimate 129$ for exrays rhat I had to pay that day. The staff and denist are nice people, so Im not dissing anyone person. After research. I went with 3D image of my whole mouth with a high tech machine no STRESS actually very cool. Free consultation and an estimate at half the price. I'm sorry but your highway robbery! Consumers need to know 1200 for each tooth pulled is mind blowing!
Honestly I have had a real unpleasant experience with this office and don't feel like there is a lot of integrity here. They are inconsistent with their billing, issuing estimates that don't match insurance records and then issuing new statements that don't match either - there is no continuity and lots of mistakes. I have never had issues like this with an office before. There was one hygienist that was good, and another that made a lot of weird mistakes. My husband was scheduled for an exam and cleaning after waiting for an hour. However, they informed him that he could only get an exam done and not a cleaning. We would have to pay for two co-pays just for the cleaning. Even when we called back and requested an exam and cleaning on the same day, they said they would try, but there was no guarantee.
