From the front desk to the dr. everyone was professional and welcoming. Kim my hygienist does a great job cleaning and checking my teeth. They took me on time for my appointment. Everything I had done was explained thoroughly. I had a good experience at Modern Family Dentistry.
I made an appointment weeks ago as a new patient. I was told that I would need full mouth X-rays. I said that’s fine as long as my insurance covers it. I gave them my insurance information. I also gave them my panorama X-rays from January of this year. The off ice staff called me a few hours before my scheduled appointment to tell me that I would need to pay for the X-rays and that the panorama X-rays wouldn’t be sufficient.
