my 3 boys have gone to Dr. Ruffalo for five years now. I like him and think he knows his "stuff". When I called to schedule an appointment and pay off our bill I was told that our bill had gone to collections. I told the billing lady that I could pay it off (230 for 3 boys was all we owed) and that we had 2 major hospitalizations in the past 6 months and were overwhelmed. We had never been late before. She said we could go to another dentist. So much for empathy. disappointed
