RecommendedI do not think, if the day ever comes, that I will be able to find a dental practice like this one. The nicest office staff and both Dr Mullens and Dr Nguyen are top notch professionals who first and foremost do incredible work and are always checking to make sure all is going well during any procedure. And then they call to check up on you as well. Cannot say enough nice things about each and every person I have interacted with at their office. Highly recommend and have been going to them for near 20 years.
Dr. Mullens did an incredible job on my crown for my front tooth! I’m extremely pleased with the final look. The staff is ALWAYS accommodating and friendly. The environment is sanitary and welcoming (I love when they ask if you would like a bottle of water) sometimes it’s the little things that make all the difference! Happy smiling! 😃

Love Dr. Mullen’s enthusiasm and caring for his patients. Very caring and Professional,, wonderful staff going the extra mile to make sure there is no room for error . latest technology and a beautiful office. I would and definitely have recommended him and his staff to my friends and family.
Professionalism beyond reproach!
Broke a tooth, which is an even bigger problem than usual when you speak for a living and the sharp edges are tearing up your tongue. Dr James Nguyen and ask the fine folks at Distinctive Dentistry of Jacksonville took me as a walk-in and sorted out the tooth in short order! Super friendly and amazing at what they do. I'm so grateful! And now able to resume speaking about the beauty of diversity and power of compassion ������
I began seeing Dr. Mullens three years ago after many false starts with other dentists. He listened patiently to my story of being traumatized by my childhood dentist and took this factor into consideration in his approach to my dental care. When Dr. Nguyen joined his practice, I felt completely comfortable with him right away. He is as gifted as Dr. Mullens. I cannot explain how professional Dr. Mullens and his entire staff is. They made me feel comfortable from day one! The procedure he performed on me was one I was not looking forward to, however, after a week, the stitches came out and all should be go! Thanks again to Dr. Mullens and Christine Hinkle!
