It was a very pleasant visit, the dr was very thorough and explain every details and the procedure leading up to what was coming was very smooth an understandable for me. Thank you Dr Lui and staff for making me feel very comfortable with my issue and making the right decision.
Dr. Liu is very professional, knowledgeable, patient, and understanding of his patients needs. He has excellent bed side manners. I would recommend him to anyone. He is an asset to Kaiser.
