Excellent doctor. Punctual, truthful, and most importantly, helpful and knowledgeable.
DO NOT GO HERE if you are a member of the LGBTQ community! Dr. Suan made some extremely inappropriate comments about my lifestyle, and asked questions about my husband and I’s relationship that were far beyond anything a doctor should ever say. It has taken me a long time to write this since my last visit awhile back. This type of care is the reason LGBTQ people are afraid of medical care. I will never go back, and I think people need to know. It was unethical and possible malpractice.
Was given the impression we were a bother in his presence. Definitely needs adjustment to bedside manners. First name is fitting. Office is great, and all other staff interactions have been pleasant over every visit. However, Dr Suan is very unsatisfactory. Will avoid at all costs, whether he was having a bad/off day or not.
This Cigna medical office is always a delight when approached and carry all the latest healthcare needed you can get all most anything done here and although my doctor is Richard suan any nurse or doctor here is wonderful highly recommend !
