I have been seeing Dr Bultman since 1981 and he is still THE BEST.
I've been visiting Family Practice of Orange Park for many years, and have only the highest respect and confidence in all of its staff and providers. I receive excellent care and the highest level of advice each time I'm there. I can't recommend them highly enough!
Went in for my flight physical with Dr. Bultman and his staff. Everyone there was friendly, helpful, and professional! What a wonderful experience!

I just needed to get a flight physical and was referred by Family Practice on University to this office and Dr Bultman. I was able to schedule a convenient appointment without any problem. The office staff were very friendly and helpful and the exam was completed in a professional manner. Would recommend to anyone with a need for aviation medicine. Merrick Bayer

Dr. Bultman and his staff are very professional and go above and beyond to help me with my medical needs. My job requires that I complete a medical exam yearly, and Dr. Bultman and his team provide me with guidance I need to make sure that I am healthy and remain in at my job.
