I was attempting to see Dr. Brown through a Telehealth service through my insurance. Our first appointment was August 28th, 2021. This first appointment was normal, there was no issues. When I tried to make a follow up appointment 30 days later, the problems started. My appointments were consistently being cancelled either the night before or the day of.
