I recently move to Maryland for a new job. We reached out to Richard blindly and were super impressed. He did a fantastic job listening to our desires for a new home, did excellent work organizing a tour of homes, pivoted quickly and professionally when some of the homes didn’t work out. He was professional, outgoing, and very easy to work with. He deserves much more than 5 stars.
Richard just helped me sell my mother’s home and he was absolutely amazing to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable and resourceful; confident and professional, yet super easy to talk to. Communication throughout the process was excellent. I genuinely feel like he cares about people. Richard was amazing to work with. He was very patient, willing to look at any house we wanted to. He always looked out for us, making sure we didnt buy the wrong home. He also explained everything well, and didn't mind repeating information. I recommend giving him a call if you're interested in a new home.
