I got braces today at Dr. Boyd's office, and OMG, I LOVE THE STAFF! I just met them, but they already have a place in my heart.. Everyone is amazing and very professional.
Our two oldest children just had braces put on. We really appreciate Dr. Boyd's office for working out a payment plan that is not too burdensome for us. Also, after the braces were put on, one bracket came loose in my son's mouth. Dr. Boyd went above and beyond the call of duty to repair the broken bracket in an incredibly quick time frame. It is refreshing to find customer service of this caliber in today's day and age.

I am a new patient and have never felt so welcomed before! I had a bunch of questions when I first called and the woman who answered the phone was patient, knowledgeable, and all around sweet! I really look forward to meeting more of the staff and feel like I have made the best choice for my new orthodontist!
