We have been at their 260 Property for about a year and find the Management Team extremely difficult to work with. We found the Property Manager Jasima Lyons is not only non responsive but downright rude. We DO NOT recommend any property leased or managed by Richard Bowers & Co.
Selfish, greedy, non-community oriented company. Threatened to sue the city of Atlanta when plans to improve and enliven downtown Atlanta were proposed.
