Richard Boland cannot be trusted. He is a is a self serving devious person . that has unscrupulous work ethics that should be avoided. Particularly if you don't have your own broker. He has lied and misrepresented a listing that will be reported to the Dept. of Waterways .CHECK FOR YOURSELF !! BEWARE, BEWARE THE MAN IS A SNAKE.
Listed my yacht with them. After 4 months, nothing but regret. No offers, 3 months of listing with incorrect listing info (for the installed equipment), I found the local marina advertisement for my boat stapled over with another advert for a boat the same agent was listing, and only recommendations from my broker of dropping the price. The agent Bill Hackel left my boat in poor condition repeatedly after showings (covers incorrectly restored, dodger open, hatch covers not secured, etc.), and responses to my queries were ... read more
