Extractions were very painful and denture service awful. Inaccurate information was given regarding charges.

I had been going to Dr. Bohme for at least 15 plus years. Recently, the staff he has now is not the same. I have decided, it is time for a change. The office staff canceled an appointment without notifying a family member because you could not verify the insurance. You say you called the patient but I know that was not the case. Siebenthaler Dental charged me $1438 for upper denture, also charged my insurance for immediate lower partial. Neither of them fit whatsoever. They refused to fix or refund. I was forced to go else where and paid an additional $700.

I enjoy working with him. He explains everything to me regarding my dental needs in a manner that I can understand. I appreciate his concern after I've had a major procedure. He actually calls me to ask how I'm feeling.
