I didn’t even get seen today. My long awaited appointment arrived and I checked in as happy as can be. After waiting an hour and fifteen minutes, I checked to make sure I hadn’t been forgotten. The acknowledgement I received was a very curt “ you’re next” by the receptionist who clearly had not been taught manners or customer service skills of any kind.
