Dr Bassett is very professional and knowledgeable. He spent time explaining my options and next steps for treatment. He provided the initial treatment. I really like the Prescott Valley Office but like any Dr office sometimes the wait time past your appointment time can be 30 mins or more.
So far so good, only wish I could get surgery sooner
All the previous doctors kept sending me to neurosurgeons because I've got spinal stenosis, only to be told there was nothing they can do. I was using a walker with horrible balance. I saw my primary and finally she sent me to Granite Orthopedic where I saw Dr. Bassett. I then find out what was thought to have been my back causing me the most grief, was actually my hip. Dr. Bassett gave me a shot in my hip and after two days I haven't used the walker since. I think I love him.
Wait times were a little long -both in waiting room & exam room. After seeing doctor I sat another 10 minutes waiting for list of exercises to do. When nurse opened door to prepare it for next patient, she was sure I was still sitting there. I felt I had been forgotten or overlooked!
Very efficient and through.
