I went to Dr. (I use the term very loosely) Statesir in January 2013 after moving to Cleveland. Being in my 50's, this is not my first eye exam. Mr. Statesir is deceptive in that he uses any medical excuse to get a medical co-pay out of you as opposed to your eye examination co-pay, which for me is an additional $25.00 - not bad, just not expected nor warranted.
