Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? No, they didn't cancel on me last minute Does this provider have helpful information available online? No, just a basic listings page Did this provider use excessive foul language? No

Yes, I barely had any time to ask questions Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Not really, it wasn't very clean

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They really did an outstanding job making sure every single question I had was answered thoroughly and completely. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options.
