I would refer Dr. Jimenez to anyone on trying to sort out what is going on with your body. Its not just about arthritis and he is very well versed and educated on my subject including Hypermobility and TOC and the outcomes from decades old trauma to the body and linked cause and effect. I felt not only heard but understood. He connected the dotes for me in such away to validate its not all in my mind but that the pain is real and why it is so real, as well as provide solutions to mitigate the pain. I am deeply disappointed with my experience at Western Washington Medical Group Bothell Rheumatology regarding a referral to Dr. Jimenez. Before submitting a referral, I contacted the office to ask whether they accept self-pay patients. I clearly explained which insurance I have and that I understood they are not contracted with it. The woman I spoke with during that first call was kind and helpful. She confirmed that self-pay would be acceptable, provided pricing information, and instructed me to have my PCP send a referral... read more
