The staff was really friendly and reserved, especially Richard the owner. He knows more about rugs than any NYC carpet dealer whom I paid a visit to, and he openly offered his honest opinion and expertise without being a a "pushy" salesman. We custom ordered a beautiful abstract rug for our bedroom and purchased two antique Art Deco carpets at tremendously fair rates for our new home in NJ.
