The job ended up costing us thousands because of poor communication, delays, and unprofessional handling of the project. Based on my experience, he seems more like a patch guy than someone I would trust with a serious roofing project. My HOA hired Richard to fix an issue on my roof. He first cancelled the first appointment in the evening the day before. He was then able to reschedule to Saturday which I had appreciated the flexibility. 3 guys showed up to fix the roof, Richard wasn't with them, these guys didn't know what the problem was.
