After having another entity raise concerns about our ceiling, Richard came out to inspect our home and immediately put our minds at ease. Please look somewhere else before hiring Richard Adams Roofing. Our experience was extremely disappointing and costly. The job ended up costing us thousands because of poor communication, delays, and unprofessional handling of the project. Based on my experience, he seems more like a patch guy than someone I would trust with a serious roofing project. My HOA hired Richard to fix an issue on my roof. He first cancelled the first appointment in the evening the day before. He was then able to reschedule to Saturday which I had appreciated the flexibility. 3 guys showed up to fix the roof, Richard wasn't with them, these guys didn't know what the problem was. They had limited English. Later I talked to one of the guys, he said that they were hired by Richard a day before for this job without no background.
