I am so happy that Dr. Zelner will perform my upcoming colonoscopy. Six years ago he performed the same procedure and he was so great that I chose him again. I appreciate the conversation that I had with Dr. Zelner regarding the procedures of my colonoscopy. He answered my questions and was thorough in his explanation. He was kind and understanding. Tammra was awesome and organized the entire process. I highly recommend Dr. Zelner and Tammra. They are the best!
I had a routine colonoscopy with Dr. Zelner with no issues prior to the procedure. I endured excruciating pain under his care during the procedure. This pain remained for over 2 years. I immediately refused to remain under his care and chose a new Gastroenterologist. His 40 years of experience did little for me, on a simple routine procedure. His medical ethics are clearly not up to medical standards.
Dr Zelner is always very personable, respectful and compassionate. I’m very happy to have him as my Gastroenterologist!
Dr. Zelner is amazing. He is very thorough, explains everything in detail and is very caring. His staff is always very friendly and accommodating and professional.
This incompetent doctor misdiagnosed my wife’s gallstones. I highly recommend seeking out literally anyone else if you’re interested in receiving any degree of care. I have not witnessed any sort of expertise or medical competence from Dr. Zelner and cannot in good faith recommend anyone to his practice. This review is meant to be a warning to any of his potential patients. From my observations, Dr. Zelner does not possess expertise in the field that he practices.
Dr Zelner is a great doctor. He explained everything very well and took the time to answer all of my questions. I called his office after my visit and was treated very rudely by the woman who answered the phone. She gave me the option that she did not have the time to help me with my inquiry. Too bad a great Doctor has such rude staff.
I have no hang ups with Dr. Zelner. His staff is incompetent & rude. I have gone about 6 different times. I had a recurring issue that has come back &alarming new symptoms. I was only offered a month out & I asked to see him sooner. Was told that's all they have. Never asked my symptoms. Went in & after telling them it's been 5yrs since last visit, they tell me they have no file on me. Called for results on tests left on hold 15min & new receptionist gets on asking info all over again no apolgy

I found Dr. Zelners office by asking my primary care physician. He was very knowledgeable and spent time answering all my questions. I felt at ease after he explained the tests I required and later on my follow-up visit when her explained the results. I'm thankful for his help in diagnosing me and I am doing much better. He staff was very kind to me and have been very accommodating. Thank you Dr. Zelner.
