I hired Rich West to negotiate a contract for employment purposes. Unfortunately, he was absolutely worthless. I felt abandoned, there was minimal communication, and I got the feeling that he was working against me. I do not know why but I have my theories. I would not recommend this attorney based on my experience.
He helped me once a few years ago, but overall he is terrible at communicating. Now that I’m trying to seek his services again, he is impossible to reach in any manner- text, call, voicemail, or email. I got one response along the lines of “I’ll call you on Monday” and let me just say that I’m still waiting for that call. After repeated instances of reaching out to him to follow up about my concerns, I have received nothing but silence.
