This was one of the most unprofessional horrific experiences in my life. Dr Prinz cared more about the drug rep than me. I waited over 3 hours for a scheduled surgery and then was thrown into a dark room to be sent home without meds when I made it clear I was in pain. Nobody ever called to check on me. I had to call to be talked down to. He needs to retire.
Dr Prinz is one amazing surgeon. I had my Thyroid removed last Wednesday, and I only had a few days of discomfort. He is a first class doctor who called me and shared my biopsy information as soon as he received it. Great bedside manner. Just Top Notch.
I did my research and so glad i chose Dr Prinz for my care. His professionalism, bed side manner, thoroughness, able to have a conversation with, takes his time, and really gets to know you not only as a patient but as a person matters to me a lot!
